Updated Shipping and Returns Policy

Coalitiontattoosupply.com allows you to shop our Seattle warehouse from the comfort of your home or workspace. In order to give you the best possible experience, we’ve updated our shipping policies for greater clarity and detail.

Important note: our Portland Showroom does not ship orders or accept online returns. All orders requiring shipping must be made through coalitiontattoosupply.com. 

Order Fulfillment Schedule

We offer delivery via Fedex to the lower 48 states. We do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S island territories. We do not ship internationally. For estimated delivery times to your destination, refer to the shipping map on our main shipping page under the Info and Policies tab.

  • Orders over $300 (before applicable sales taxes) ship free. This excludes furniture.
  • Expedited shipping is not available.
  • Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed by 1pm Pacific time will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after hours, weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day

Order Troubleshooting

Upon receipt of your tracking number, you assume responsibility for your order. It is imperative that the delivery address is in a safe location, and you are available to receive the order promptly to avoid potential loss or theft. If needed, you can arrange for your package delivery date to be changed or be held at a Fedex location by contacting them via phone or online.

  • Due to the high volume of orders processed, we cannot change incorrect shipping information. If you need to change your address, you may do so via Fedex, either online or over the phone once you’ve received your tracking number. Please confirm your order details are correct before placing your order.
      • If our warehouse and/or shipping carrier is experiencing inclement weather, there may be delays in processing and delivering your order.
  • If the order contains multiple packages, they may have gotten separated during shipment. Please wait 72 after receiving the initial part of your order to inquire about missing packages. If you still have not received your package after this time, please contact Fedex for assistance. If Fedex confirms the package is lost, Coalition will proceed with a lost package claim and replace the order.
      • If items from your order are missing or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and order issue.
      • Damaged packages:
    • We are not responsible for frozen liquids. If you are ordering liquid products, such as medical disinfectants or inks, pay close attention to weather conditions and your tracking information. Prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures can result in liquid items freezing in transit or when left at a delivery destination. If possible, avoid ordering liquid items during freezing weather events or ensure prompt pickup of your items as soon as they are delivered.
        • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email info@coalitiontattoosupply.com   within 24 hours of receipt with your order number, photos and description of the damaged items. We may ask for more information in order to process a claim with our shipping provider.

      Returns

      To start a return, please contact info@coalitiontattoosupply.com within 5 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives defective, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

      To protect our artist community and their clients, the following items are final sale:

      • Inks
      • Needles
      • Tubes
      • Medical disposables
      • Stencil Products
      • Machines
      • Power Supplies
      • Furniture

      Items eligible for returns must be unused and unopened in their original packaging.

      When requesting a return or assistance with a defective item, include your order number, item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s) for the return. Pictures are required if the item arrived defective. All returnable items must be received by Coalition warehouse within 15 days of the original delivery date. Shipping and merchant fees are non-refundable.
